With 30 years of experience having worked in various geographies including North America, LATAM, Europe and Asia Pacific, Bhavesh is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, a Certified Cost and Management Accountant, and a Black Belt in Process Excellence.

Bhavesh started his career in Johnson & Johnson (J&J) India in October 1996 and in his 23 years in the global company, he has worked in senior Finance leadership roles, across all the operating groups of J&J and in multiple regions across the world. From India, he moved to Singapore as the VP of Finance for J&J Medical Devices & Diagnostics Asia-Pacific. He closely partnered with all the commercial leaders to execute the entry of J&J in many of the Emerging Markets in Asia and supported the businesses' strategy growth through judicious investments. He was also actively involved in all the JVs, alliances, and acquisition projects in the region and was instrumental in creating the right strategic and annual operating plans to deliver capital efficient profitable growth consistently year on year.

Having worked across various segments such as FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Petrochemicals, and Medical Devices, Bhavesh is currently the head of New Business Development and Finance in Convatec for Global Emerging Markets.
