These have been condensed into well organised and actionable references in the book.  The stories and wisdom shared by the leaders help to reinforce a deeper understanding of what it takes for leaders to succeed in a VUCA environment.   A must read for anyone interested to gain an insight of how effective leadership works in Asia.

A great read filled with practical wisdom by Asian Leaders with global views, on leading organisations, teams and people in Asia.  Cleverly mixes anecdotes with compelling stories that bring to life the challenges and rewards of leadership.

What makes this book different are the real-life examples or "practices" mentioned by these leaders which is enlightening, motivating, and encouraging.  Janet and Serene deserve commendation for distilling the essence from their numerous interviews and making it easy for the reader to understand, adopt and apply in their quest to become a successful leader.  Enlightening, credible, interesting and practical - a must read.
