A member of the Ministerial Working Group to Thailand’s Minister of Finance, Dr. Chatchai Thnarudee is a strategic, innovative, turnaround, and transformational business leader with over 22 years' experience including international leadership experience in USA, New Zealand, South Asia, and Thailand, and across business industries. Dr. Chatchai brings with proven experience in implementing business and digital strategy for multinational Fortune 500, large-sized, SME-sized and startup firms, and building world-class organization at the global, regional, and business unit levels.

He has proven his turnaround and transformational skills; in his recent role as CEO of JP Insurance Public Company Limited, though he has successfully turnaround and transformed an unprofitable insurance firm resulting in the increase of revenue by 150% YoY and return to profit as well as a decrease in overall Loss Ratio. He has led JP Insurance PLC to be recognized by the Thailand Insurance Institute and India-Thai Chamber of Commerce as the “Best Effective Adoption of Technology into the Insurance Business’ Emerging Asia Insurance Awards 2019, and by IDC as one of the 2020 Best Insurers in Asia. He is also an Executive Advisor on Corporate and Business Strategy for the Bangpakok-Piyavate Group of Hospitals. He is also a Vice President and Executive Committee of New Zealand- Thai Chamber of Commerce, and President of New Zealand Alumni Association in Thailand.  He is also Adjunct Executive Advisor at IDC Financial Insights Asia Pacific, and CEO and Chief Strategist at Thanager & Co (Business Model Innovation, Transformation, and Strategic Management Consulting Firm).
