About Andal Krishnan

Andal Krishnan is passionate about upskilling and upgrading and she brings into her learning environment this philosophy, be it the corporate sector, educational institution, or the public domain. Her vast experience in the area of facilitation includes work in ASEAN, India, Sri Lanka, and the Middle East.

She is the Director, Talent and Operations of Crest Excellence Centre Sdn Bhd, with a  Masters in Training and Development ( Univ of Leicester).  Andal is also a Certified International Professional Facilitator of Cambridge Global Learning, UK and has moderated and chaired international forums and panel discussions on topics involving women leadership, talent management in the corporate world, and professional and personal development and has given interviews in Bernama, Astro and BFM on these topics.

Andal has done extensive work in women empowerment both for employability and entrepreneurship and is an Executive Committee (PR& Special Projects), National Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Malaysia.
